Jackets to Host MSU in 2024 SEC/ACC Challenge
Georgia Tech women’s basketball will host Mississippi State on Wednesday, Dec. 4, in the 2024 SEC/ACC Women’s Basketball Challenge, the respective conferences and ESPN announced. The SEC/ACC Women’s Basketball Challenge will take place, Dec. 4-5. All 16 games of the Challenge will be broadcast on the ESPN family of networks.

Jackets Drops Season Finale in WBIT at MSU, 84-47
Tonie Morgan recorded her seventh-straight double-figure scoring game, but Georgia Tech got off to a slow start and couldn’t overcome Mississippi State in the first round of the Women’s Basketball Invitation Tournament, falling 84-47 in Humphrey Coliseum. Tech closed its season with a 17-16 overall record.

Jackets Fall to Duke in ACC Tournament, 70-58
Georgia Tech cut the score to single digits in the fourth quarter, but couldn’t overcome Duke, falling 70-58 in the ACC Tournament second round. Stints of cold shooting from the Yellow Jackets allowed the Blue Devils to open double-digit leads in the first half. Tech moved to 17-15 overall (17-11 ACC) on the year.

ACC Announces Women’s Basketball Future Matchups
Georgia Tech women’s basketball will travel to Cal and Stanford next season as the Atlantic Coast Conference announced its new women’s basketball schedule model for the next two seasons to accommodate the additions of Cal, SMU and Stanford to the conference beginning in 2024.

Yellow Jackets Sting Miami in Overtime, 71-66
Tonie Morgan finished with a double-double and Kayla Blackshear dropped a team-high 18 points as Georgia Tech women’s basketball closed out the regular season with a 71-66 victory in overtime at Miami on Sunday. The Yellow Jackets shot 89 percent at the free throw line to pull out the road victory.
