Tech Defeats Gardner-Webb on Senior Day
The Georgia Tech swimming and diving team capped off the weekend of competition with a victory over Gardner-Webb. The men beat Gardner-Webb 190-69 and the women defeated the Bulldogs 181-75. Tech diving conclude competition against Miami, Florida State and Auburn with the men’s and women’s platform events.

Jackets Defeat Queens &
West Florida
The swimming and diving teams concluded a successful day of competition with victories over Queens and West Florida. The women defeated Queens, 191-103, and West Florida, 234-66. The men beat Queens with a final score of 149-112. Both the men and women earned top three performances in the 200 medley and 200 free relays.

Tech Falls to No. 9/19 Auburn
The Georgia Tech swimming and diving teams were defeated by No. 9/19 Auburn Saturday at McAuley Aquatic Center. The men’s final score was 213-87 and the women fell to Auburn 218-82. Mert Kilavuz, Batur Ünlü and Anna Hadjiloizou were three of Tech’s standouts. In the platform event, Anna Bradescu won with a score of 256.05 and Carmen Woodruff took home third.

Tech Concludes Competition with Texas A&M and SCAD
The Georgia Tech swimming and diving teams defeated SCAD and fell to No. Texas A&M on Friday at McAuley Aquatic Center. Several of the women’s swimmers recorded successful performances. Tech swept the women’s 100 fly with Zora Ripkova championing the event (55.51), Rei Kuramoto placing second (57.06).

Tech Concludes UGA Invite with Record-Breaking Performances
The Georgia Tech swimming and diving teams concluded a successful three days of competition with two new school record and multiple NCAA qualifying marks. Deniz Ertan crushed the women’s 1650 free record with a second place and NCAA ‘B’ Cut time of 16:04.82. Ertan broke her own record in the women’s 1000 free.

Tech Outperforms Pitt &
Boston College
GT swim/dive concluded competition against ACC opponents, Pitt and Boston College, with team victories, one NCAA ‘B’ cut time and multiple individual wins. The men defeated Pitt, 169-131, and Boston College 228-70 while women earned a team score of 172-128 against Pitt and a score of 197-103 against Boston College.
